Next protest at the LA Zoo! The Zoo opens on Easter so we will be there!
SUNDAY, April 5 from 10 to 12 noon.
Pictured are Jewel and Tina - two of the betrayed elephants once at the Los Angeles Zoo. Born in the wilds of Asia, both were captured at the age of one - still breast feeding babies - winding up forced to do circus tricks in the US. Tina's childhood story is told in A Life in Chains.
