	ndation of Inspiring Behaviour Change (IBC) and want to develop their skil
	ls in having more effective conversations about animal rights with friends
	\, family\, and strangers.In this practical\, interactive training you wil
	l learn:How to move beyond debates and arguments and create conversations 
	that encourage genuine reflection How to recognize and respond to defensiv
	eness\, resistance\, and challenging reactions How to navigate identity an
	d ego without making people feel attacked or judged How to ask effective q
	uestions that help people explore and articulate their own values How to i
	dentify opportunities to connect someone's values with their behaviour How
	 to apply IBC to a range of real-world conversations and common objections

	tatorJen is the Community Director at We The Free and has been active in t
	he animal rights movement since 2017. She was introduced to Inspiring Beha
	viour Change when she joined We The Free in 2021 and quickly made it centr
	al to her approach to advocacy. Since then\, she has gone on to train thou
	sands of activists in IBC through regular online trainings and in-person w
	orkshops around the world.Jen has been leading teams and communities since
	 2014 and has extensive experience developing and delivering trainings. He
	r background in sales and coaching\, combined with years of putting IBC in
	to practice herself\, has given her a strong practical understanding of ho
	w to create conversations where people feel heard\, become open to new per
	spectives\, and are able to explore meaningful change for themselves.
