DESCRIPTION:This training is ideal for those who already understand the fou
	ndation of Inspiring Behaviour Change (IBC) and want to develop their skil
	ls in having more effective conversations about animal rights with friends
	\, family\, and strangers.\n\nIn this practical\, interactive training you
	 will learn:\n\n- How to move beyond debates and arguments and create conv
	ersations that encourage genuine reflection\n- How to recognize and respon
	d to defensiveness\, resistance\, and challenging reactions\n- How to navi
	gate identity and ego without making people feel attacked or judged\n- How
	 to ask effective questions that help people explore and articulate their 
	own values\n- How to identify opportunities to connect someone's values wi
	th their behaviour\n- How to apply IBC to a range of real-world conversati
	ons and common objections\n\nThe training will be approximately 2 hours\,

	 We The Free and has been active in the animal rights movement since 2017.
	 She was introduced to Inspiring Behaviour Change when she joined We The F
	ree in 2021 and quickly made it central to her approach to advocacy. Since
	 then\, she has gone on to train thousands of activists in IBC through reg
	ular online trainings and in-person workshops around the world.\n\nJen has
	 been leading teams and communities since 2014 and has extensive experienc
	e developing and delivering trainings. Her background in sales and coachin
	g\, combined with years of putting IBC into practice herself\, has given h
	er a strong practical understanding of how to create conversations where p
	eople feel heard\, become open to new perspectives\, and are able to explo
	re meaningful change for themselves.
