	ty Director at We The Free and has had an active presence in the animal ri
	ghts movement since 2017. She was introduced to the Inspiring Behaviour Ch
	ange method since joining WTF in 2021 and quickly made it central to her a
	pproach to animal advocacy. Since then\, she has gone on to train thousand
	s of activists through regular online trainings and in-person workshops ar
	ound the world.\n\nJen has been leading teams and communities since 2014 a
	nd has extensive experience developing and delivering trainings. Her backg
	round in sales and working with people\, combined with years of putting IB
	C into practice herself\, has given her a strong practical understanding o
	f how to create conversations where people feel heard\, become open to new
	 perspectives\, and are able to explore meaningful change for themselves.
