	can create opportunities for behaviour change\n- The foundations of having

	ty Director at We The Free and has been working in the animal rights movem
	ent since 2017. She was introduced to the Inspiring Behaviour Change metho
	d since joining WTF in 2021 and quickly made it central to her approach to
	 animal advocacy. Since then\, she has gone on to train thousands of activ
	ists through regular online trainings and in-person workshops around the w
	orld.\n\nJen has been leading teams and communities since 2014 and has ext
	ensive experience developing and delivering trainings. Her background in s
	ales and working with people\, combined with years of putting IBC into pra
	ctice herself\, has given her a strong practical understanding of how to c
	reate conversations where people feel heard\, become open to new perspecti
	ves\, and are able to explore meaningful change for themselves.
